All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#).

Items eligible for return must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging, tags and accessories.
A full refund will be issued for items returned within 30 days in new condition; excluding shipping cost.
Items showing any sign of wear will not be accepted and will be at the discretion of ValSurf.com to determine the salability of the item.
No returns after 60 days will be accepted.
For items that do not match your order or are defective, mis-sized, or otherwise incorrectly shipped, ValSurf.com will cover up to $10.00 return shipping expenses.

RETURN DEDUCTIONS
Items returned without proper authorization will incur a 10% restocking fee
Any entire order exceeding $100.00 returned but not exchanged will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Items returned after 30 days from ship date will incur a 10% restocking fee
Items returned without original product packaging or severely damaged packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee
PROCESSING / CREDITS
All returns will be processed and credited on Fridays, unless otherwise noted.
Note: Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. ValSurf.com recommends using UPS or USPS with tracking or delivery confirmation for return shipments. Customer will also be responsible for reshipping cost for exchanges.
ValSurf.com cannot be responsible for loss or damage to products while in route.
