This is our main store, which is the third location at the same intersection of Whitsett, and Riverside Drive (North Hollywood) where we were established back in 1962. Well known as a destination shop for team riders, movie stars, and families alike - you will find one of the biggest selections of skateboards and skate shoes in the country! Throughout the year, we host video premieres, team rider tours and autograph signings, as well as the occasional Val Surf Skate Team demos in the parking lot! Opened in 1990 as our first move out of the San Fernando Valley to the rapidly growing Conejo Valley. We are very freeway friendly off at Hampshire and then 1 mile north directly into our parking lot. Our store sits directly on the border of the cities of Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks in one of the most central locations in the Valley. Newly remodeled this store has become one of our largest and best designed Surf, Skate, and Snowboard stores in the industry.

Our store in Woodland Hills opened in 1973 to address a growing demand for a Val Surf location in the West Valley. We have since made three location changes to expand and make our store more convenient for our loyal customers. This newest location is highly regarded throughout the board sport industry as one of the showcase/premiere shops in Southern California. Our store is centrally located near Calabasas and very close to Las Virgenes and Topanga Canyon Roads which lead straight to our back yard surf spot and community of Malibu. We are very accessible off the Ventura 101 Freeway at Shoup or Fallbrook on Ventura Blvd.
